Do I need prior experience?

No! What matters is your passion for yoga and the desire to inspire others. The training builds you up step by step: First, you learn the basics, then the teaching methods, and in Cyprus, you practice teaching intensively. All at your own pace.

How does the certification work?

There's no traditional exam setting. The theory is completed through your learning journal. The practical component happens through daily coaching and concludes with your practice teach in Cyprus. You're guided, you receive feedback, and you learn hands-on. In the end, you'll stand on your mat as a confident yoga teacher.

Who is this training for?

For people like you who practice yoga for themselves and are now ready to go deeper. You don't need to master acrobatic asanas! Many of our graduates teach all kinds of different groups. What matters is your passion for helping others - not your headstand.

What yoga styles are taught?

We primarily teach Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga, but you'll also gain insights into Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and other styles. This way, you'll be able to teach versatilely and develop your own unique style.

I've practiced yoga for years, but I'm not sure I'm ready

We hear this all the time! Most of our participants are between 30–50 and think "I'd love to, but..." These doubts are completely normal. In our supportive group of max. 20 like-minded people, you'll be surprised how natural teaching feels. You're exactly right, just as you are.

Do I need to know all the Sanskrit terms?

No! You probably already know the most common asana names. Everything else you'll learn step by step - without pressure. We have dedicated reference sheets and practice together. After the training, you'll weave Sanskrit into your classes naturally, without it feeling forced.

Can I manage this alongside work and family?

YES! 80% of our participants work and have families. You only need 3–4 hours per week for the online modules - mornings, evenings, or weekends. You can also learn on the go or on vacation with our offline app. For your intensive week in Cyprus, you can bring a companion for an additional fee.

What's the step-by-step process?

You can adapt the sequence completely to fit your life and complete your training without stress or pressure.

How does the assessment work?

Personally, I'm not a fan of traditional exam situations and want you to feel free to apply what you've learned. Here, observation and practice are integrated directly into the training week. At the end of the week, you'll present your own sequence. The atmosphere in Cyprus is super relaxed, and you won't even notice you're being "assessed" - we focus more on making sure you're ready to dive in and start teaching. By the end of the week, you'll be fully prepared to teach with complete confidence.

How long do I have access to the content?

3 years guaranteed, with the option to extend. Most people complete the training in 6–9 months. But you can also pause and pick up later. All videos are available offline in the app - perfect for on the go.

How personal is the online support?

Very personal! Online doesn't mean anonymous.

Weekly live calls, WhatsApp group, video feedback on your exercises. We know everyone by name, no one gets lost. You'll receive more support than in many in-person trainings. Never alone - always connected.

Why Cyprus?

300 days of sunshine, EU member (no visa required for EU members) & no vaccinations required, with direct flights from 89€. How does travel work?

The nearest airport is Paphos, though Larnaca works too. Transfers are available on request, or you can rent a car. Many participants share rental cars and explore Cyprus together after the training day. In the WhatsApp group for your intensive week, you can plan everything together well in advance. Detailed travel instructions are sent 4 weeks before.

What's the accommodation like?

A private agriturismo villa exclusively for our group. You can choose between a single bed in a shared room or a private room. Pool, yoga shala with nature views, spacious terraces. Ayurvedic full board - fresh and local, vegetarian/vegan. A wellness sanctuary for your transformation.

What's the total cost of the training?

Can I start teaching right away?

Yes! With your RYT 200 certification, you can teach anywhere in the world. 70% of our graduates lead their first classes within 2–3 months. With our "Business Module," you can fully prepare yourself for your goals.

What comes after the 200h?

After your 200h training, many doors open. You can start teaching right away or dive deeper and continue your education (or both at the same time). There's the 300h training, where you go even deeper into the material and reach a total of 500 hours. Or the 185h supplementary training for German health insurance certification (ZPP) - then health insurers cover your students' classes.

We also offer YACEP continuing education: Yin Yoga, Prenatal, Yoga Therapy, and more. This way, you stay inspired and keep learning something new.

Most people say: After the 200h, the journey really begins.

Do I stay in the community after graduation?

Absolutely! 500+ yoga community, weekly Zoom calls, WhatsApp group, or even shared retreats and events.

We're actively expanding what we offer to our participants and graduates. We don't just want to hand out certificates - we want to grow together as a community on our yoga journey.

Am I too old/stiff/unathletic?

No! Our participants are 25–65 years old. Flexibility is NOT important - heart and dedication are. You'll learn how to confidently guide EVERY body. In fact, your "normalcy" or "circumstances" are exactly what make you an authentic teacher.

What if I can't finish the training?

That's never happened. But if you need more time - no problem. You have 3 years and can pause or extend anytime. We find the right path for everyone. Promise.

Can I come alone?

We'd love that! 65% come alone and find lifelong friendships here. Our private sanctuary is spacious and offers your own retreat space alongside your room. At the same time, a community forms that lasts far beyond the training. For many, this is the most beautiful part of the journey.
