How personal is the online support?

Very personal! In your learning group, you have direct contact with Patricia & team. Your personal mentor guides you throughout. Weekly live sessions, your dedicated learning group, study partners, and video feedback ensure you never feel alone. We truly know everyone by name.

Is the online yoga teacher training equally recognized?

YES! You receive the same internationally recognized RYT 200 certificate from Yoga Alliance as with an in-person training. With it, you can teach in studios worldwide or start your own business. The certification is 100% equivalent - just more flexible.

How does the exam work?

There is NO traditional exam! During the training, you keep a learning journal with your reflections - no memorization. At the end, you submit your learning journal and plan a sequence on your favorite theme, then teach it via Zoom. That's your "final assessment" - more celebration than exam!

Personal guidance throughout your training

Throughout your entire training, you'll be lovingly guided and supported. You have the space to deepen your practice and grow together with like-minded people.

Weekly live sessions

Deepen your practice in live sessions with your learning group. Theory, practice & all your questions - together with others who started the same month. Recordings available if you can't make it.

For people like you who practice yoga for themselves and are now ready to go deeper. You don't need to master acrobatic asanas! Many of our graduates teach all kinds of different groups. What matters is your passion for helping others - not your headstand.

Is the online yoga teacher training worth as much as an in-person training?

YES, absolutely! You receive the same internationally recognized RYT 200 certificate from Yoga Alliance. Our online training meets all standards and you can teach worldwide with it - in studios, fitness centers, hotels, or self-employed. The certification is 100% equivalent.

I've practiced yoga for years, but I'm not sure I'm ready

We hear this all the time! Almost all of our participants say this at the beginning. With our personal guidance and supportive learning group, you'll be surprised how natural teaching feels. What yoga styles are taught?

We primarily teach Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga, but you'll also gain insights into Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and other styles. This way, you'll be able to teach versatilely and develop your own unique style.

Can I manage this alongside work and family?

Yes! The training is specifically designed for this. You only need 3–4 hours per week, which you can schedule freely. Live sessions are optional (they're recorded). You set your own pace completely.

When do I get access to the content?

Immediately after booking! You can start right away - all 400+ videos, scripts, and materials are available from day 1. Your learning group then starts together at the beginning of the month.

How does the online training work exactly?

How long do I need for the training?

No problem at all! All live sessions are recorded. You can jump in anytime, pause, and pick up later. The materials stay available for 3 years with the option to extend. No pressure, no guilt.

How do I get feedback on my practice?

You practice teaching in various formats:

In the live sessions, you can lead short sequences and get direct feedback. You observe other participants and learn by watching. Additionally, you can submit videos of your practice sequences - Patricia and the mentors then give you personal feedback. This way, you become more confident step by step and find your own style.

What do I need technically?

Just internet and a device (laptop, tablet, or phone). For the live sessions, you need a camera (built into most devices - that's perfectly fine!). The app also works offline - perfect for on the go. No special software required.

How does the exam work?

Do I get a real certificate?

Yes! You receive the official RYT 200 certificate (Registered Yoga Teacher 200h). With it, you're registered with Yoga Alliance and can teach worldwide. You receive your certificate digitally and by mail upon request.

Can I actually work as a yoga teacher afterward?

YES! You're a 100% certified yoga teacher. You can teach in studios, offer your own classes, lead retreats, or teach online. 70% of our graduates are teaching within 3 months.

How much does the 200h online yoga teacher training cost?

What happens after the training?

You'll remain part of our active community! There are weekly live sessions you can continue attending online, continuing education opportunities (YACEP), and you'll have the chance to become a mentor for new students yourself. Many go on to complete the 300h advanced training or pursue specializations.

What do you mean by continuing education and specializations?

After your 200h yoga teacher training, many doors open for you: the 300h advanced training (which qualifies you as a 500h Advanced Teacher), specializations like Yin Yoga, Prenatal, or the German health insurance certification (185h ZPP).
Most graduates say: After the 200h, the real journey begins!
